Currency Exchange Rate Price Match – Terms & Conditions

1. Price Match

If you find a better exchange rate advertised by another currency exchange provider located within 3 miles of the Senli Cash & Go branch where you wish to complete your transaction, and the rate is available on the same day, Senli Cash & Go will match the competing rate, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligible Transactions

The Price Match applies to in-store foreign currency purchase transactions only and is available on a like-for-like basis.

The competing rate must relate to the same currency, transaction type and transaction amount, and must be available to the general public at the time the Price Match is requested.

3. Exclusions

The Price Match does not apply to:

• Exchange rates advertised online, through websites, apps or by telephone;

• Online orders or delivery transactions;

• Promotional, introductory or membership-only rates;

• Rates subject to vouchers, coupons or other discounts;

• Rates that are not currently available;

• Rates that cannot be independently verified; or

• Any transaction or service expressly excluded by Senli Cash & Go.

4. Verification of Competing Rates

You may be required to provide evidence of the competing rate, such as a current advertisement or other publicly available information.

Senli Cash & Go reserves the right to verify the competing rate directly with the other provider before approving a Price Match. The competing rate must be genuine, current and available at the time of verification.

5. Distance Requirement

The competing provider must be located within 3 miles of the Senli Cash & Go branch where the transaction is being completed.

Senli Cash & Go reserves the right to determine the distance using an appropriate mapping or route-planning service. Our determination of the relevant distance will be final for the purpose of the Price Match.

6. Like-for-Like Comparison

For the purpose of the Price Match, the comparison will be based on the actual amount of foreign currency the customer would receive for the same amount of GBP, taking into account any commission, fees or other mandatory charges imposed by the competing provider.

A rate will not qualify where the advertised rate is subject to additional conditions or charges that make it materially different from the Senli Cash & Go transaction.

7. Other Offers

The Price Match cannot be used in conjunction with any other Senli Cash & Go offer, promotion, discount or special rate.

8. Currency Availability

All Price Match transactions are subject to the requested currency being available in sufficient quantity at the relevant Senli Cash & Go branch.

9. Right to Refuse or Withdraw

Senli Cash & Go reserves the right to refuse a Price Match where the competing rate does not meet these Terms & Conditions, cannot be verified, or is otherwise considered ineligible.

Senli Cash & Go reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Price Match offer at any time without prior notice.

10. Final Decision

Any Price Match is subject to verification and approval by Senli Cash & Go before the transaction is completed. Senli Cash & Go's decision as to whether a competing rate qualifies for the Price Match will be final.
